We usually have 10 teams of 2. We tee off starting at 5 p.m. on Wednesday. It's a fun group of gals, right now all members over 40 (okay, average age may be higher). Most have been golfing a while, but no "pros" in the group. It's mostly about having a good time -- most everyone enjoys a few cocktails with their golf.

We do keep handicaps, have handicapped skins jackpots every week, and various other "special events" - last season we did Halloween in July and decorated carts and wore costumes - with prizes for the best.

Anyway, cost this year is $376.50 - we start April 29; end August 27. We have an outing that right now is scheduled for mid-August and have a dinner on the last night with prizes, etc.

Hi, wondering if the fee is due at the beginning of the season? Does that include a cart? Is there an opening available for a twosome?

Sorry for the slow response, but I've had some major "stuff" going on in my life.

Anyway, the fee is due this week. It doesn't include a cart -- that costs $6.50 or $7 per week per person.

The payment needs to be mailed to Connie Peck, 920 Coventry NW, Grand Rapids 49544. If you e-mail me and let me know yours and your partner's name, I'll let Connie know to hold up on making the payment to the course until she gets your check. But it can't be later than 4/17. We can't tee off unless we're all paid up.
