Golf Fitness Print E-mail
The term golfer has been long been linked with nicknames like Lumpy, or the Walrus, but after a few years and 60+ victories, golfers are now seen as Tigers.  We have been shown what better fitness can do for a golf game both on and off the course.  Whether you want to hit the ball further, or just reduce post round aches and pains, golf fitness is becoming a part of how to have more fun playing the game of golf.

Titleist has recognized this growing trend and created the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI). TPI is the premier golf academy in the country training golfers from the top money winners on the PGA tour to golfers with a 30 handicap.  Co-Founders Dr. Greg Rose and Dave Phillips are regularly seen on the golf channels, Golf Fitness Academy, and are seen as THE experts in golf fitness.  Their website, http://www.mytpi.com/, is a one stop shop for learning about ways to improve your golf health and golf game.
